If by chance they haven’t run out, or their machine isn’t broken…no matter what you order…they will park you. Every. Single. Time. Going inside is even worse. It’s been like this for years with no improvement. Fortunately, the one on Yankee Valley is great and quicker even with the extra drive time.
Today's order was the last one I will ever be getting from this McDonald's!! Every single time I order on Skip from this McDonald's, there's always something wrong. Usually it's small so I let it slide. However, today I ordered breakfast and we got someone else's order. Our order receipt was on the bag, so not the Skip driver's fault at all!! McDonald's had put our receipt on someone else's order. You need to start paying attention to what you guys are doing!!
This McDonald's location is Airdrie's first McDonald's. I remember when it came to town when I was a kid. I remember going there at lunch time occasionally in high school if I had a few extra bucks. This location has been around forever now, so it must be doing something right.I'm giving this Airdrie landmark five stars purely based on the memories.
I payed $4 for a medium CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE and what do I get? Strawberry. I can never go to a McDonald’s and get a CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE, every single McDonald’s messes it up but this time it is 100% strawberry not just some chocolate some strawberry. It is either uncleanliness or just pure stupidity.
Worst customer service. I was the only one on the drive thru. The order was still late 10 min. April 10th at 9:30pm. Please coach the employee to apologize if the orders is delayed. Missing napkins and condiments.
Nice place. But it is still in covid stage being you have to buy food to eat in. Treated rudely. If they simply told us that we had to buy something to eat to dine in. I would have done that. No signs anywhere that tells you that. Will not visit there again.
Tonight I placed a skip order and the 10 piece nuggets were missing. Mistakes happen!! I called and I do believe his name was Brandon answered and rectified it right away by sending me the missing items. Before I called McDonalds I gave the thumbs down on skip thinking that is how I get to chat with skip. Unfortunately I can't change it to a thumbs up for it being taken care of so quickly. So thank you for going above and beyond.
The drive thru was not busy, but not taking orders, so I backed out & went inside. It was not any faster. Pleasant front counter workers, but very slow food delivery.
Just ordered 2 McFlurries, they were the best stirred Mcflurries I have ever had. We asked for extra Oreo and they did not disappoint!! Would definitely recommend this McDonald’s
Food is cold, nasty and burnt the workers seem so out of it they completely forget half your items. I don't know why people bother to eat here it's a disgrace, like if you can't handle your job leave..and hire some godamn people who actually know what their doing.
