Excellent service, pleasant staff very responsive. Always look forward to purchasing pizza.
850pm- market street. Took our order at the speaker. sat at the window for 10 minutes before someone came - got told they were closed. ?? Website says 10, confirmed by business. They took the $, said please park behind building. Guy behind us who ordered got his food before we did. The person who brought his order out looked surprised that we were there. Pizzas were fresh and actually cooked all the way through, but 20+ mins for drive-through pizza is a bit much.
Never fails that you have too wait well over 15mins each time you order. Regardless of others being there or not. They don't have enough people working. I've yet to ever have my order right. I keep going because of how cheap it is but after this last time I'll have to go elsewhere .
Worst pizza by far I got today, hardly any sauce. Tried over 25 times to call the store but with no prevail to tell them to make it well done, with extra garlic butter and parm. I contacted the delivery driver to which they said they did as they read my message but I didn't leave any messages since they don't accept them over the app. Ordered a deep dish supreme only for it to look like a meat pizza with onions. Waste of money and will order elsewhere next time since they can't even pick up the phone.
Really cheaper out on the cheese for the stuffed crust pizza and crazy bread. The one on the other side of town in Stonegate is a lot better. The stuffed bread was also very stale. Will not order from the market Street location again.
Waited 5 minutes - no acknowledgement that I was there. Finally came and said be with you soon. Waited another few minutes before I left. Called out that they’d be with me soon but never came out of the back. I left and went across the street. This is not the first time this has happened
5 minutes waiting in the store to be served and couldn't even get a "we'll be with you in a minute" instead was completely ignored by the employees in the back, not the first issue with this location either have had a few undercooked pizzas from here as well no point complaining as all they say is "there's nothing we can do about it" advise everyone to avoid the airdrie market street location
Hot and ready? More like cold and slow, waited 20 minutes for 1 pizza, as I saw multiple cars come and go with multiple pizza’s and wings. Was at least expecting free crazy bread or something but no. Had to confront the lady bringing pizzas out and magically my pizza was ready. Really disappointing.
Three times I have been there when they never asked if I wanted crazy bread and when I bring it up at the window"Them "I asked you back there!"Me: "No you didn't I was awaiting for it."Them "I did, sorry no free."Me "I thought you would say that" eye roll!Predictable.
Placed an online order for a customer pizza; half only cheese, half Canadian, stuffed crust. Was given pick up time of 20 minutes.The time arrived and we went to pick up, they had screwed up the order. They apologized and remade, another 20 minutes later the order was ready. Got home and realized the order was still screwed up.So here we sit, eating our half cheese, half ham (?!) classic crust pizza.Lesson learned, DON’T go to that location again.
