Received a coupon for 4 topping pizza for 12.95...it said i had to order online. Went online and tried to order it..unable to despite trying for 15 minutes. Gave up, drove down to location to order in person. They refused to honor coupon saying it had to be ordered online. Tried to explain that was not possible. Heck with it...what used to be a reasonable place to go to on a biweekly basis has lost our business. To complicated to order left us very frustrated. I , as a consumer, have other options which I will exercise
Last Night we went here 10 mins before closing and the staff instead of being irritated actually happily accommodated us. Amazing customer service
Walked into Airdrie Little Caesar's at approx 9:45pm, gave my order at the counter, the lady told me the amount owing. I proceeded to hand her cash, she then said to me we can't take cash we've already counted the till, then proceeded to push the debit machine towards me even though I said I only have cash. She reiterated they can't take cash now it's too late. I didn't want to go into it further though knowing this will be the last time I come here.Ironically 2 mins later a customer came in, after giving his order, was going to pay with cash she said the same thing to him, he was a younger kid said he has no money in his account this is all he has and that he is hungry. She mentioned it again before a gentleman came from the back said something to her and she took the cash. Now I'm happy she did that for him however if your going to end up doing it anyways why put a customer through all that, what happened to customer service? Not very difficult to redo your cashout rather than make a customers experience a negative one.
Honestly it's not bad at all, but the price, wow.. $20 for a VERY thin pizza and the actual dough has a cardboard consistency. The same pizza used to be $7.. not sure what happened there. The prices seem WAY inflated.

Never the wrong order when I go, food tastes amazing as well. It does get pretty busy any of their locations which makes the service slower. Otherwise, a great place to go and reasonably priced.
I ordered several deep dish pizzas as well as cheesy garlic bread. There was a few pieces thatt ended up being ok but for themost part it was raw and doughy in the middle. It was very inconsisrent as there was both fully cooked and raw pizza slices. This was very concerning and disappointing as this can cause food poisoning, I would not recomend this location for that reason.
I ordered online for pickup and when ordering it says approximately 15 mins. I ordered at 4:46 so we show up at 5. When we show up at that time and the kid is being rude saying it shows 5:20 and that’s when they will make it for. In the end the manager gave us free crazy bread and was not happy with the kid working. It still does not bode well when they are rude and condescending to customers!
This was supposed to be our classic pepperoni pizza and stuffed crazy bread. Instead it’s just flat, soggy, and sad.The garlic dip was good though…
I ordered through skip the dishes a Canadian deep dish pizza, what I received was a pepperoni pizza which is considerable less cost. Tried calling restaurant to get it straightened out and they won't even answer the phone. Quite disappointed
