This franchise, gives the town a homegrown experience. The staff really work hard to provide service for you. A build your own option, to your meal condiments ans add ons is a win for me. ✌️
Foods alright I like how you can pick your burger toppings without having to change anything. Lots of young kids work there which is good but also means sometimes at night the service is still good but not great lol
I had an excellent experience at this location. Great customer service! Perhaps they over cooked the bacon on my burger a little bit.
Love these guys, they are open late and also good quality food for the price! Lots of options on the menu and friendly staff, they also offer skip the dish’s until 1:00 or 2:00 AM
I've always liked Harvey's, stopped in on a whim & enjoyed the ¼lbs Angus w/cheese & bacon etc...damn tasty, what more to say besides well served!
Honestly a little disappointed with my experience. It was my first time ever being there and I did not experience a friendly greeting, instead was quickly rushed with if it was to stay or go before even ordering. When I asked a question I got a snappy remark back as if she was annoyed I didn’t know the answer already although I had never been there before. I got a cup with no lid or straw so I had to ask someone else. Fast service as it was not busy in the slightest, the girl working at the front could have been a little friendlier. Not sure I will be visiting this location again being someone new Airdrie, as my experience wasn’t the greatest which is upsetting.
Lydia was a happy angel and I was very happy with my experience here. I always feel the staff are nice people and I feel well respected. Food is always good here so service for me is a big deal. The other tall worker was great as well

I haven't ordered the food in fear of what I just witnessed, I watched 3 people grab raw food with bare hands than go to grab cooked items.This is a health violation and can cause serious issues to guests.
The place was good. However the app ... I tried to order ahead however it won't accept Visa debit.The clerk gave me a tiny bag to put in a burger, fries and gravy.When I was eating the fries dipped in gravy I couldn't finish it coz something taste bitter. I'm not sure which it is. I had to throw it outHadn't had Harvey's forever, the burger itself is super good otherwise. Hence 3 stars
