We visit Edo quite often. Fresh rise, veg, beef or chicken and sushi. Not all Edo are created equal and Airdrie has 2. The one on yankee valley near hwy 2 is the one we visit. The bento box with tempura shrimp and California rolls is my fave with beef or chicken or both. My wife likes a sumo sized chicken rice combo herself. It's great food, service is great. Never any issues with the food and the store is very clean. Since covid restrictions are easing. More and more people are easlting in the store now. 5 stars, no hesitation to eat here whenever we want edo.
Fast. Clean. No nonsense store. It's Edo so you know, don't expect authentic Japanese cuisine. But it'll do in a pinch and a craving.
This establishment has better customer service than most fully staffed restaurants. 10/10.
Worst experience..it take ages for them to make simple sushi roll. Waited 20 min came back home with no cutlery..i mean this is not how you serve customer.. menu says something and you wont even find that in your food..they dnt care about customer service. .not recommended atleast not this location.
This is not how edo is supposed to taste more then one time will never come back gross for real
It has gone downhill in the last few months. Went in to order my take out. 4 different people came in, ordered and had left by the time I recieved mine. Staff didn't seem to care it took 25 minutes. I don't expect fast food but that was terrible with no acknowledgement. Unfortunately I will now eat elsewhere.
Not a bead set up. Missing a lot of options and the customer service was okay. Food quality was the same but didn’t feel like the wanted to go above and beyond lol
Top shelf food, delightful staff. ???
Had an interview there a couple of months ago and didn't get hired. Apparently the manager just wanted to see what I looked like and noticed my skin color wasn't to his liking and he was very demanding that he's looking for someone who can work all positions even when the job ad was for the boh.
When I went to order I asked for Chicken and Shrimp on white rice for my wife. He asked how many scoops I wanted and I told him zero. He repeated the question sounding very confused and I told him I want no extra scoops after. After going back and forth with him a couple times about how many scoops I wanted he put zero on order. After getting everything I ordered, we found they put 2 extra scoops on my wife's meal and only 1 on my Beef Yakisoba when I ordered 2. Not to mention my noodles were still hard and my spicy salmon sushi didn't have any spicy mayo. This is a first, because usually they will just unload the bottle of spicy mayo on top of the sushi. Pretty done with this place.
