I have never encountered a worse customer experience than I did tonight. I was expecting my order to arrive in 35 minutes and gave the driver the benefit of doubt and waiting almost 1 hour. I then called in to ask where my order was and was told they were short staffed and the app is time based. The driver had an order before mine and should be there soon. When I asked do you think you should have let people know the order was going to be late. I was told it would put them further behind and when asking the manager I was talking to if he thought this was acceptable customer service I got the same line we are under staffed and it should be there soon. Not only did the manager not offer anything for my next order he couldn't even be bothered to apologize to me for the inconvenience. I have been going to this location for quite awhile and this is not the first time something like this has happened.
Ordered 4 pizzas and they were all burntReally disappointing and never coming back to this location!!
We ordered 1 pizza and cheese bread and it took over an hour. Called the place back to see how much longer and he said 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we called back and he said oh 10 minutes in which we replied you said that last time. We just ended up cancelling the order entirely. Waste of time. Take your business elsewhere. Will not be coming back here again.
Driver took wrong pizza from restaurant and i have to wait for extra 20 minutes to get my pizza. its second time in the row this Dominos not care about customer Recommendations are not to order from this place.
Usually order here. However won't be anymore. Was left on hold for 24 minutes (obviously forgotten about). No good justification of charges on my bill and not even an offer to compensate me with something for the confusion. You got my $50 for 2 pizzas. But you lost my business for the rest of time. Thanks.
If I could give them a 0 star I would. The service here is absolutely terrible and worse then the service is the staff. This one teenage boy in particular was so rude, hes tall lanky with dark eyes and dark hair. whoever his manager is should fire him. I tried to order my pizza and he cut me off multiple times to talk on the phone with his friend. then they took forever with my order i asked them after an hour for my pizza he got annoyed, after some arguing, he kept my pizza and would not refund me. in tears i left empty wallet and empty stomach. we had to buy mcdonalds to feed the kids at home this day. very rude would not recommend this location. lost a very valuable customer.
Had not order doms in a while. The staff were very friendly but the toppings seemed lacking for the price. Its almost like there was no added tomatoe which i ordered, almost no bacon which i added etc. Didnt taste like the pizza i usually buy. Things to consider in the future.
Pizza was FRESH and HOT. Ordered pan and it was nice and crispy full of toppings. Definitely would recommend
Don't even bother ordering from this location. The staff is awful and rude. The quality of the pizza is awful, cold and over cooked. Then they argue and say they don't believe you. Will never waste another cent. Many other way better pizza places in Airdrie.
