This BK is new and updated, and their burgers were deliciously cooked! When they sub'd onion rings, they gave me like 150% full cardboard cup (they were overflowing), instead of the usual 3/4-full cup.
This location is a complete joke and has gone downhill. The kids taking your order joke and laugh on the drive through speaker. Something is ALWAYS forgotten and they are not customer service oriented at all.Needs new management ASAP
The staff worked hard to prepare our food, which I rated 3 just because I'm not really a BK guy, but I knew what I was getting into when my son said he wanted to try a Whopper... very friendly service and fast even though a couple items required to be prepared fresh :) only complaint would be the crusty pin pad at the drive thru, it could use a deep clean, it didn't work properly due to the grime. Kinda gross when my hands go from that straight to my whopper.
Very accommodating and friendly staff. I will surely back to this store not only because of their delicious foods but also because of their happy environment. Keep it up!!
Horrible soggy onion rings, poorly made burgers,always made disgusting the last 2 years, new management bad fail! Got the wrong order in drive thru, no compensation at all!! TAKE PRIDE AND CARE making food
That’s your whopper without any sauce and onion. Drive through was terribly slow. Never buying Burger King again.
The service was a bit slower not sure if it was because of training or what. However the food quality was great. For a fast food restaurant the burger was amazing and didn't taste like fast food at all.
I noticed this BK had bad reviews, but really wanted to try the impossible whopper. After my experience I definitely would rather travel 15 minutes to a Calgary location. Rushed through ordering, extra toppings not included, fries tasted freezer burnt & not cooked long enough, soft drink was 99% water & items missing from my order after waiting at 9pm with nobody there. Listen to the reviews and skip this place lol.
I ordered from BK app with pickup in 20 min and when I arrived to pickup order i had a big surprise to find out my order was not ready and i had to wait another 20 min. In this time everyone who order while i was there, they get served ahead of me. Don't know if app is not working properly or sevice is not up to standards, for me is the last time to order at this location.
Worst take-out restaurant experience ever. I placed an order online. I arrive at the restaurant and tell them I am hear to pick up my online order. They say they have no online orders. I show them my receipt both on the app and on my email. They once again say they have no online orders. Yes you do. My receipt is right hear. They stare at me and shrug their shoulders. I go home and check my bank account and of course they have still charge my for the order that they refused the give my. I will never ever ese this restaurant of its app again. Pathetic non existent costumer service. I only wish Google allowed zero star reviews.
