Was there with our young family on a busy Sunday night just before 5. While the server could have been friendlier the food was good. And the kids loved the balloon guy and the serving robot. Will diffently make the drive again for dinner
We both had the cheese ravioli and small salads and everything was lovely. The waitress was excellent. I wish I remembered her name. Good job!
Ordered through Boston's ap. Daughter got lasagna with extra sauce and enjoyed it. My husband and I got the cactus potatoes to share. They arrived lukewarm, limp and greasy. We threw them in the air fryer to crisp them up only to discover they were way over spiced. We each only had a bite or two and found they weren't edible. (We have had the cactus-cut potatoes before and are aware they are a little spicy, but these were way over spiced)
Great service and large portions
We went for lunch today and had the most frustrating experience! The girl that seated us and took our order looked miserable, we got there right before the lunch rush and our food was so slow coming out, she forgot to even put in my dessert order so we left without it. We couldn’t pay with the QR code because the bill wasn’t right. So we had to wait with an over tired baby and an antsy preschooler. A quick lunch shouldn’t take almost 2 hours!I left so annoyed and I remember why I stopped going there now. The food was decent, but for $50 for two people it wasn’t worth it!
I love Boston pizza so much, the customer service is amazing, the food is cheap but amazing, and they have a robot waiter named Bella. Me and my family go there at least 1 time in two months. Would recommend
Too bad it was awful. We went there because we had a gift card and I doubt if we’ll go back to redeem the rest. The lasagna I had last night was a pitiful excuse for lasagna. I get it’s what head office directs you to do but wow those guys need to get it together. I could’ve gone down the road a bit for a cheaper and better meal! I couldn’t believe that it came out baked on a plate instead of the traditional deep dish you see. There was little to no sauce in it and if it was meat lasagna you would never know.
I truly don’t know why we went back. They have no garnishes for drinks yet do not tell you. Almost all their cocktails are to come with fruit, yet they have none and get mad when you ask about it. The server got upset when I asked for a different drink because they made me a mojito with no mint, as they didn’t have any mint but didn’t inform me when ordered. A $8 drink with half the ingredients seems like a bit of a rip off. The server got mad and rather than take our food order while I looked at the drink menu for a different drink she left and we waited over 25 min just to order food. We are constantly disappointed by the grumpy staff and poor quality service and food. We will not be back.
Had an amazing experience with the General Manager, I called to purchase empty pizza boxes for my sons class at Ralph McCall and Boston Pizza didn’t charge anything, they just donated the boxes! Was awesome that they did that in today’s economy. Let’s also mention their Spicy Perogy pizza is amazing!
