Dropped in to try the Nashville chicken sandwich. First the good, the staff were amazing, especially since they all seemed to be 14 to 16 years old! Second, the onion rings have some weird salty seasoning that over powered the onions and the sandwich was not, as the ad says "on point". Dry chicken and boring. Perhaps A&W should stick to their basic excellent burgers and root beer.

This has happened three times now. So I give them the benefit of the doubt but this time it's too much. Just went there tonight. Ordered three meals. In my opinion, I shouldn't have to open every bag to check the contents. Get home, all three fries were missing from the order. Its consistently bad there for the wrong orders, missed items. I'll just go to the other one I guess. I'll try my luck there.
Great service and fast however something is going on with the coffee. Twice in the last week I ordered a double double and received a quadriple cream and double sugar. Wrong coffee is disappointing. I'm guessing management needs to calibrate the cream? (I did tell a manager after the 1st visit.)
Food here is consistent. Nice to be able to get a full breakfast at a reasonable price. Their coffee is alot better than it used to be. The older lady in the morning can be a little crusty sometimes, but the service is always good.
Please don’t put egg shells in the eggs.I get breakfast at the drive thru here most mornings and this location is excellent aside from this. 5 starts if you can fix this
Is it the coffee that gives You a kick straight away, or the well cooked ,fried..whatever way it's made chicken or burger ...always on point and a go to for me. When I book hotels for trips, I always like to have them nearby. I'm glad so far the standards are the same everywhere I go.
