A&W staff and even the owner were completely disrespectful, didn't care about customer service, Do not recommend giving that owner of Airdrie locations your business. Employee was rude and Ignored every attempt at an easy fix of my order. DO NOT give them your business unless you are okay giving it to an Ignorant owner.
Have received raw and still cold beyond meat patties multiple times from this location, I would stay away. Thanks for all the extra Skip credits, though LOL
Had the cold brew coffee and root beer
The food came out within 30 seconds of ordering. Never had a colder burger and fries. Absolutely garbage. I understand when it’s busy to try to get food out quickly to the customer but there should be some thought into the customers wanting warm food. Brutal. The owner of this establishment really cares. We were contacted right away and they took care of us. Nice to see an owner stand behind the product they serve.

love this reauraunt! My wife and I come every Sunday just before 11 for breakfast, we drive by another A&W on the way here but prefer this one because the staff is so friendly and efficient. the food is always fresh and they always get our order right. also the orange juice at this location is soooooo good!Thanks A&W for being a consistent super pleasant expierience for us every week!
This place is a joke I’m a religious person who doesn’t eat pork ask for a burger no bacon ask them please make sure for religious reasons and then they give me my meal and there’s bacon good thing you don’t need to read these days I will never step foot in this place and will tell every human that goes to my church to never go absolutely disgusting when you ask 3 times to make sure that they can’t respect your religious beliefs
